The injection molding machines generally used a three-phase motor that can not altering its rotational speed. The pump pulled quantitative blades to output a constant hydraulic oil flow rate. When machines carry on a low-speed movement, the surplus flow is through an overflow valve the reverse fuel tank. It will cause a large number of energy losses. The inverter can follow the order of the control system to regulate the rotational speed of the electrical machinery. This action will provide a certain flow rate from hydraulic pumps based on machines demand. It reduced the energy consumption which the oil flowed an overflow valve back to the fuel tank.Thus, a large amount of electric energy can be saved. Base on the difference of the plastic products, the power consumption of the electrical machinery is monitored in real time. The electricity consuming rates can approximately reaching 20%~80%.
